国内新元号が発表されました！
新元号は2019年4月1日午前11時半ごろ、菅官房長官が会見で発表しました。
平成の次の元号は！令和です。
新しい時代の幕開けですね。
これにより、
平成開始：1989年1月8日（日曜日） 平成元年
平成終了：2019年4月30日（火曜日） 平成31年
令和開始：2019年5月1日（水曜日） 令和元年
天皇陛下が（譲位）退位するけど、改元はいつされるのか？天皇誕生日の祝日や免許証や契約書の日付はどうなるのか等が気になったので調べてみました。

元号変更の経緯ですが、2016年8月4日に現在の天皇陛下の「国民へのお言葉」がテレビなどで放送されました。
簡単に言うと、もう年なので、国民の了解が得られれば、天皇という職業を辞めてもいいですか？という事だったのです。譲位（生前退位）という事になります。
皇室典範では天皇陛下は終身制を採用しているので、今回は異例中の異例という扱いの様です。
