選挙2018年7月に公職選挙法が改正されてから初めての参議院議員選挙が本年の7月に行われます。
昨年より選挙日がいつになるのかということが話題になっていました。
国民がどの政党を支持しているのか、10月の消費税増税の増税の感触をつかむことができる選挙となるでしょう。
参議院議員選挙の日程や改選される選挙区の定数を調べてみました。
参議院の任期は6年ですが、定数の半分が3年ごとに改選されます。
衆議院の解散は全員が再選挙になりますが、国会の業務に支障が出ないように参議院は3年に一度の通常選挙で半数を改選となっています。
