エンタメ金さん銀さんといえば、1992年にダスキンのCMで一世風靡した双子のおばあちゃんコンビ（？）です。
お二人とも100歳だったので、「ダスキンを呼ぶなら100番100番」とコールセンターのCMに起用されたのでしょう。
